France Cancellation Policy

As written in our Terms & Conditions, please note the following Cancellation Policies:

It is considered upon meeting the following standards and penalties: The collected deposit is not refundable at any time.  The balance due for the tour (and options) are subject to the following penalties, after the deposit is removed from the obligation.

Within 0-60 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized 100% of the complete tour package (and options) costs after the deposit is deducted.  
Deadline Date: June 24, 2026

Within 150+ days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized Deposit Only
Deadline Date: January 25, 2026

Within 120-149 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized 25% of the complete tour package (and options) costs after the deposit is deducted.
Deadline Date: February 24, 2026

Within 91-119 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized 50% of the complete tour package (and options) costs after the deposit is deducted.
Deadline Date: March 25, 2026

Within 61-90 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized 75% of the complete tour package (and options) costs after the deposit is deducted.    
Deadline Date: April 24, 2026
