Inner Circle Guild Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Inner Circle Guild (“Guild”), a subscription-based rewards, recognition, and privileges program operated by Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC (“MAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Inner Circle Guild, you agree to these Terms.
1) Program Overview
The Inner Circle Guild is designed to reward loyal travelers with exclusive privileges, travel credits, early access, preferred pricing, and community benefits. Membership is granted through a paid subscription by level, is optional, and available to individuals age 18 or older.
The Guild includes multiple membership levels, each offering different benefits as described at the time of enrollment.
Credits, discounts, or other privileges may not be extended, shared, or applied to another individual who is not an active Guild member, even if related or connected to the member.
2) Membership Levels & Fees
Current membership levels include, but are not limited to:
• Inner Circle Guild — Elite
• Inner Circle Guild — Elite Plus
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or prepaid term, if applicable) and are paid prior to the applicable billing cycle.
All membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
3) Automatic Billing & Renewal
By joining the Inner Circle Guild, you authorize Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing plan.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Members may update payment information or cancel at any time through their account or by contacting support.
3) Cancellation Policy
• Members may cancel their Guild membership at any time.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previously charged fees.
• All benefits remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
• If membership is canceled, benefits do not carry forward unless the membership is reactivated.
5) Travel Credits & Discount Eligibility
Inner Circle Guild members may receive travel credits and discounts based on their membership level.
Active Membership Requirement
To qualify for travel credits, discounts, and member pricing:
• Membership must be active at the time of travel.
• If membership is canceled before a tour begins, Guild credits and discounts will not apply to that trip.
• Members may reactivate their membership prior to travel to restore eligibility.
Travel credits:
• Apply per person, per tour
• May only be used by the Guild member to whom they are issued
• Cannot be applied to another booking where the participant is not a Guild member
• May be used an unlimited number of times while membership is active
• Are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Are subject to availability and tour-specific terms
6) Referral Travel Credit Program
Inner Circle Guild members may be eligible to earn referral-based travel credits when they personally refer a new traveler who completes a qualifying booking with Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC (“MAT”).
Referral Credit Structure
• A referral travel credit of $100 USD may be issued to the referring Guild member for each qualifying referral booking.
• Referral credits are issued per completed booking, not per inquiry or reservation request.
• A completed booking is defined as a booking that has been fully paid and traveled.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for referral travel credits:
• The referring member must have an active Inner Circle Guild membership at the time the referred booking is made and at the time the referred traveler departs.
• The referred traveler must be a new customer to Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC at the time of booking.
• The referred traveler does not need to be a Guild member.
• Self-referrals or referrals within the same household are not eligible.
Credit Issuance & Use
• Referral travel credits are issued after the referred traveler has completed their tour.
• Credits may only be applied toward future MAT-operated tours booked by the referring Guild member.
• Referral credits: Have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, refunds, or merchandise, and cannot be retroactively applied to past bookings
• May be combined with other Guild benefits unless otherwise stated
Tracking & Verification
• Referrals must be clearly identified at the time of booking, either by written confirmation from the referred traveler or through a referral method designated by MAT.
• MAT reserves the right to verify referral eligibility and deny credits where referral attribution cannot be reasonably confirmed.
Program Limits & Modifications
• MAT reserves the right to cap, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Travel Credit Program at any time, with or without notice.
• Referral credits may not be earned through paid advertising, affiliate marketing, promotional resale, or any activity resembling a commercial sales or agent relationship.
7) Promotions & Stacking
Unless otherwise stated:
• Inner Circle Guild benefits may be combined with public promotions and sales.
• MAT reserves the right to exclude specific tours or offers from stacking when clearly disclosed.
8) Store Discounts & Merchandise
Store discounts apply only to qualifying items and cannot be combined with other store-specific promotions unless stated. Discounts do not apply to taxes, shipping, or third-party fulfillment fees.
9) Hotel & Supplier Pricing
Member hotel rates and supplier discounts are subject to availability and partner participation. Savings may vary by destination, date, and inventory and are not guaranteed.
10) Consultations, Events & Content
Personalized travel consultations, livestreams, digital publications, and Mystery Drops are provided as part of membership benefits but may vary in frequency, format, or availability.
Unused consultations do not carry over beyond the applicable membership year.
11) Community Access & Conduct
Members granted access to private social media groups or community platforms must follow respectful conduct guidelines. MAT reserves the right to remove access or terminate membership for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or violates community standards.
12) Changes to Program or Benefits
MAT reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue Guild benefits, pricing, or program structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13) Termination by MAT
MAT may suspend or terminate membership without refund for fraud, misuse of benefits, abuse of staff or members, or violation of these Terms.
14) Limitation of Liability
Inner Circle Guild benefits are subject to availability and external supplier conditions. MAT is not responsible for third-party service failures, delays, or changes beyond its control.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
