- Private Livestreamed Live Gatherings: Four separate weekly Group Zoom Calls, 2 months prior to the tour, will be offered for you to attend. Each meeting is prepared to offer the information that most travelers need. Discussions of VISA requirements, money exchange, communicating internationally, and even what to pack will be held, to make you feel comfortable about such an important experience. Most importantly, here you will meet fellow travelers, exchange ideas, and even make plans together. Relationships are started and enriched with your fellow travelers!
- Flight Booking Assistance (Complimentary): Although we are not a travel agency, our experience will engage our skills to find you great flights! We offer a one-to-one session with someone on our team to suggest good flights that offer value and proper access to the destination. This will make sure that the arrival and departure times work well with the given itinerary.
- A Social Media (Facebook) Private Group Page: Communication is vital to share updates, ideas, notifications, and many other important segments in preparing for such an important experience. Facebook is the best place to do this, and it will be private only to our tour group. As we proceed to our destination, we will use a Chat Group that is pulled from this group to keep organized and well communicate with each other.
Terms, Policies & Recommendations
Terms of Agreement, Policies, and Recommendations are offered for the purpose of assuring a safe, viable, and quality tour package. There are limitations, obligations, and responsibilities that we must make as Tour Operators to assure a most incredible experience at the most affordable package price.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire understanding and agreement between you, the trip participant (“traveler”) (“Traveler”), and Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC (“Mysterious Adventures Tours”,” “we,” “our”, or “us”) with respect to any and all bookings, tours or transactions made with Mysterious Adventures Tours LLC.
Acceptance: By submitting a booking form and paying a deposit, and “checking off” the acceptance option on our checkout payment page, for yourself or the travel partner you are booking for you accept all of the terms in this agreement and direct us to perform services on your and any Travel Partner’s behalf.

As written in our Terms & Conditions, please note the following Cancellation Policies:
It is considered upon meeting the following standards and penalties: The collected deposit is not refundable at any time. The balance due for the tour (and options) is subject to the following penalties, after the deposit is removed from the obligation.
- Within 150+ days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized Deposit Only
Deadline Date: January 25, 2026 - Within 120-149 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized 25% of the complete tour package (and options) costs after the deposit is deducted.
Deadline Date: February 24, 2026 - Within 91-119 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized 50% of the complete tour package (and options) costs after the deposit is deducted.
Deadline Date: March 25, 2026 - Within 61-90 days prior to Tour Start Date: You will be penalized 75% of the complete tour package (and options) costs after the deposit is deducted.

Arrive early and unlock an exclusive, deeper connection to St. Augustine's spiritual undercurrents before the full weekend begins.
Spend a relaxing afternoon settling into America’s Ancient City with some free time to explore its hidden corners, secret courtyards, and mystical shops. We’ll meet for a casual group lunch (pay-as-you-go) to get acquainted and ground our energies for what’s to come.
Later that day, gather for an intimate channeling session with Victor Paruta just outside the gates of the Huguenot Cemetery, one of the city’s most active spiritual sites—rarely experienced with this level of personal access.
As twilight falls, we’ll head into the shadows for a private paranormal investigation of the legendary Dixie House, a historic residence teeming with unexplained activity. With Victor as our guide, we’ll open the veil and make contact with what lies beyond.

At midday, we regroup at our historic inn for a warm welcome meeting and debrief before heading to the Castillo de San Marcos, a centuries-old fortress where ghostly echoes still guard the coast.
As evening approaches, we gather at our private restaurant space for a soul-centering session with Victor Paruta, tuning into the city’s vibrational field just before our welcome dinner.
The night concludes with a lantern-lit guided ghost tour, as we walk through misty corridors and haunted corners—your first full immersion into the supernatural heartbeat of St. Augustine.
DAY 2: Feb. 14, 2026

On this day of love and heart-centered energy, we begin with a scenic boat ride along St. Augustine’s glistening waterways—embracing the beauty of the coast while opening ourselves to the quiet messages of sea and sky.
The afternoon offers free time to explore, reflect, or wander hand-in-hand through the city’s charming nooks and ancient streets.
